Winner Disclosure:
One lucky fan in attendance will be randomly selected each home game, by the Brooklyn Cyclones to be eligible to Win a brand new 2023 Toyota Corolla LE, valued at MSRP $21,709, if a Brooklyn Cyclones player hits a homerun that lands within the 24" x 24" box, identified on Toyota of Bay Ridge's billboard (image of billboard creative listed above), in right-center field of Maimonides Park, where the Brooklyn Cyclones play their regular season home games. Winner may not substitute or transfer prize. There is no cash value option for this price. Only one winner per game.
To Qualify:
The ball must hit the target on the fly without any aid from an individual, surface, or object. The Homerun must occur during an official Inning of a game (Promotion Date) specified on this contract. Unless noted otherwise, In the case of multiple games on the same date only the statistics of the first game will be eligible for prize reimbursement. If a game is suspended or canceled for any reason, the rules of the MLB will apply to the continuation or rescheduling and the final official box score will be determined of a winner. Brooklyn Cyclones must notify Toyota of Bay Ridge of any such scheduling changes.The box score submitted for this promotion is subject to the official scoring rules of baseball as adopted by the MLB. The official scorer is not permitted to make a scoring decision that is In conflict with the official scoring rules.
Winner must be in attendance to qualify. All employees and vendors of the Brooklyn Cyclones and Toyota of Bay Ridge are ineligible to qualify for this prize. The winner will be required to participate in a post-win publicity profile and agree to photography, videotaping, interviewing, audio taping, and/or digital imaging/recording of the event. The winner will be required to provide personal identification and verification of address, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance to claim the prize.
Taxes and Charges:
The winner will be responsible for acceptance of the vehicle and all terms and conditions set forth herein, including but not limited to signing any waiver of liability on acceptance of the vehicle. The winner will be responsible for tax, title and license of the vehicle at the time of the giveaway. Any additional taxes or surcharges, such as a gift tax, are the responsibility of the winner and will be issued 1099 for tax purposes.
Warranty:
Neither the Toyota of Bay Ridge, nor their agents or agencies, assume any responsibility for damages, losses, or injury resulting from the car or its operation. Toyota of Bay Ridge and their agencies and agents make no warranty of any kind regarding the car. Toyota of Bay Ridge and their agencies and agents expressly exclude all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability for a particular purpose. There are no warranties offered by Toyota of Bay Ridge, their agencies or agents which extend beyond the description on the face hereof.
