If you are serious they will give you a deal and cut the MSRP. I recently purchased a Grand Hylander HybridMax from Bay Ridge Toyota and had a fantastic experience. We knew what we wanted and started our search process with another Toyota dealer in NYC and did not have great first impression, however, after researching other dealers in the area being allocated Grand Highlanders we discovered Bay Ridge Toyota. The team at Bay Ridge was great. In particular we worked with Nathan G. and he was fair, honest, responsive and a pleasure to work with. He made our car buying process as smooth as possible which my wife and I greatly appreciated given we were lugging around an infant. The entire Bay Ridge Toyota team from Nathan to the manager Miguel to the car valet were first class. I trust their future service on our vehicle will be a similar experience. I would purchase from Bay Ridge again and would recommend them to any friends and family on the hunt for a Toyota.
